Custom Shipping Cases

SIMPLE CUSTOM CASE WITH TRAY & PARTITIONS:

This is a custom hinged lid style design shipping case.  The case is built in our SUPER STAR-1/4" premium grade case type.  The payload is valued in excess of $90,000.00 so extra care is taken in distributing individual components to create proper balance and distribution while maintaining intelligent component positioning for operator use.  All components, hardware, foam grades, and extrusions are of the highest strength.  The internal partition matrix is attached with double extruded aluminum bracing for maximum skeletal strength. Partitions and trays are individually capped with heavy-duty aluminum "U" channel for added rigidity and strength.  Casters are our heavy-duty 3" recessed variety.  Opposing the recessed casters is our fully recessed, telescoping aluminum tow handle.  Interior foam with sculpture hot wire cut-outs in high density Ethafoam.

COMPLEX CUSTOM CASE WORKSTATION:

This is custom variation on our FF style (removable front & rear lid) design case.  This custom case is built on our ULTRA STAR-1/2" premium grade case platform.  The payload is valued in excess of $200,000.00 so extra care is taken in distributing individual components to create proper balance and distribution while maintaining intelligent component positioning for operator use.  All components, hardware, foam grades, and extrusions are of the highest strength.  The internal partition matrix is attached with double extruded aluminum bracing for maximum skeletal strength. Partitions are individually capped with heavy-duty aluminum "U" channel for added rigidity and strength.  Casters are our extra heavy-duty 4" full swivel and locking casters mounted to a custom 2" thick composite casterboard.
